At the airport, after customs and baggage procedures, our representative will greet you at the exit gate holding a sign with the name you requested. The person(s) who purchased the transfer service must meet with our representative at the airport. If you are unable to locate our staff, you must call the phone numbers provided in the confirmation message sent by our company.

If you have purchased a return transfer, the necessary details will be provided by our staff. Please ensure that you are at the designated pickup point on time as per the given instructions for your return transfer.

Customers are responsible for informing us of any changes in flight times by email or phone to avoid potential issues at the airport.

The exact number of passengers must be clearly provided during the booking process.
