Will there be other passengers in the vehicle or will it stop at other hotels?
No, all our transfers are private transfers, not shuttle services. No one else will be in the vehicle except you or your guests.

What if I want to be picked up from or go to a location not listed?
Our system includes commonly used and popular locations. If you wish to be picked up from or travel to a place not listed, please call us.
You can also email us to request a price for unlisted destinations.

Do your vehicles have child seats?
Yes, upon request, we provide child seats in all our vehicles free of charge.

How can I find you at the airport?
Our driver will be waiting for you at the reception point with a sign displaying the name you provided during reservation.
If you cannot see the sign due to crowding, please call us — we’ll direct you to a convenient meeting point with the driver.

How should I choose my pickup time for the airport transfer?
Please make sure to be at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight.
Your vehicle will pick you up at the time you selected.

Can the driver stop at another point during the transfer?
No. The transfer begins at the pickup point and ends at the drop-off location.
The vehicle drives directly without making intermediate stops.

What happens if my flight is delayed or arrives early?
We track your flight based on the flight number you provide during booking.
If your flight is delayed, your driver will wait until the flight arrives.
There is no extra charge for this.
However, if there are significant changes to your flight, please inform us via email or phone.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend completing your reservation at least 24 hours in advance.

How can I pay?
You can make your payment by credit card or in cash by coming to our office and confirming the reservation.

Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 12 hours before your flight or hotel pick-up time.
Your payment will be refunded promptly based on your original payment method.

What if my transfer time or date changes?
If you call or email us, we will update your transfer according to the new time and date.

What should I do if my flight is canceled?
If your flight is canceled for reasons beyond your control, your payment will be refunded.
Please notify us via email or phone regarding your flight cancellation.

How can I make a reservation?
To make a reservation, simply fill out the booking form on our online page and submit it.
We will respond to you as soon as possible.
